Processing time

Orders are processed and shipped within 7–12 business days. Limited drops and pre-order items may take longer — any extended timeline will be noted on the product page. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Shipping times

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Once your order is handed off to the carrier, delivery is in their hands. We're not responsible for carrier delays, but we'll always help you track down a package — DM @neektees on Instagram or email neektees@gmail.com.

Lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages

We're not responsible for packages marked delivered by the carrier but reported missing, or for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping address before ordering. If tracking shows a problem, reach out and we'll help you file a claim with the carrier.

Wrong address

If you entered the wrong address, DM us right away — we'll try to fix it before the order ships, but can't guarantee changes once processing has begun.
