Return and Refund Policy

All sales are final. Because we're an independent brand producing limited runs, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, sizing, or fit. Please review product details, sizing information, and your order carefully before purchasing.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

We stand behind what we make. Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, reach out within 7 days of delivery — the fastest way to get a response is a DM to @neektees on Instagram. You can also email us at neektees@gmail.com. Include your order number and photos of the issue, and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund, at our discretion.

We can only address damage or defect claims reported within this window, so please reach out promptly.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 15 minutes of purchase. After that, orders enter processing and can no longer be canceled.

Order errors

If you entered the wrong shipping address or need to correct an order detail, message us immediately — DM @neektees on Instagram for the quickest response, or email neektees@gmail.com. We'll do our best to help before the order ships, but we can't guarantee changes once processing has begun.
